ATTENDANCE
Adults, as well as children 9 and up are eligible to sign up for the studio.
Sign-in and payment is required for all students prior to attending class.
The maximum number of people in a studio session is 6.
The ten-session package cannot be used by multiple people.
Partial attendance (e.g., arriving late or leaving early) will be charged in full, not prorated.
The instructor reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone who is disturbing the atmosphere of other students and staff, who works in an unsafe manner, or refuses to follow instruction.
REFUND AND RESCHEDULE
We do not offer refunds for class purchases of any kind.
Reschedules must be made more than 24 hours in advance by email or text message (no phone calls). For no-shows, or if a session is rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the booked time, the fee will be charged in full.
We reserve the right to change our studio schedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies—we will do our best to notify all affected students as soon as possible and will reschedule to a future date free of charge.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
We offer sewing machine, thread and any needed attachment for the machine.
Students who wish to bring their own sewing machine must check with the instructor in advance.
Students may bring their own project but must first discuss with the instructor if it is something that matches the student’s skill level.
Students are not allowed to take home studio equipment.
Students must vacate the studio area within 10 minutes after the end of class, to allow staff preparation for the next session.
Please avoid ringing cell phones or alarms. Respect other students and staff by maintaining proper hygiene and modesty and refrain from wearing heavy fragrance to class.
Students must bring their own supplies. Students may not use instructor’s tools.
A full list of necessary supplies will be provided before class. Some supplies are available for purchase on site.
Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio area.
ACCIDENT AND INJURY
We take safety very seriously and will do our best to avoid any accidents or injuries. However, we are not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur in the studio area.
LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for lost items. We keep all found items in the studio for one week. If you bring valuables with you, please keep them in your bag.
PHOTO AND VIDEO
Photos and videos may be taken by students only with prior staff permission.
